Ainsleigh’s journey is one of drive, dedication & vision. Originally from country NSW, she relocated to Sydney to pursue a career in the transport industry, where she continues to make a meaningful impact through her work with Australia Post & StarTrack Express.
In 2023, she was awarded the Daimler Driving the Difference Scholarship, which supported her completion of a Compliance Management Program, Chain of Responsibility training & BFM accreditation.
In 2024, she was recognised as the inaugural winner of the
Cummins Inc. Young Gunnette Award, celebrating women under 30 who are making extraordinary contributions to the industry.
Ainsleigh’s leadership has been pivotal in launching some of the first roadtrain A-Double and B-Triple combinations in the overnight express freight sector — a significant milestone.
But beyond her technical accomplishments, she is also deeply committed to giving back through volunteer work & community engagement.
She is an active member of Transport Women Australia Limited, she participates in the Social Media & Marketing Subcommittee & currently serves as a Director of Transport Women Australia Limited.
